“It’s so easy…”, basics of Croatian language and getting to know Rijeka’s culture (in English)

In educational in-person and virtual sessions the participants will learn the basics of the Croatian language and familiarize themselves with interesting and useful information about Croatian and Rijeka culture, history and everyday life, which will make their life in Rijeka and the inclusion in the local community easier for them.

The sessions will be organized in the form of lectures, workshops and online exercises in both English and Croatian.

The first meet-up will be held on Friday, May 9, at 18 o’clock in Rijeka City Library, room Učionica.

The sessions are held under the slogan “It’s so easy…”, and the symbol of the program is the metaphor of tape - a well-known tool in creative, school or office work which connects the separated parts into a more meaningful and complete whole. This exactly is one of the intentions of the program. It’s so easy… to meet, talk, and connect in Rijeka.
